A Ph.D. in Maritime Studies, Offshore operations, or a related field
Teaching experience at the college or university level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals in the field
Experience in curriculum development and continuous improvement
A record of service to the profession is desirable
Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
Master Mariner CoC with solid experience in offshore operations
Management Level Shipboard operation
