Eligible categories:
The following groups are eligible to apply for the scholarship:
- Citizens of the Emirate of Sharjah who hold a passport and a family book (family data).
- Children of female citizens of the Emirate of Sharjah.
- Students with disabilities (including those registered with the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services and those with learning difficulties).
- Children of Imams and Muezzins affiliated with the Sharjah Department of Islamic Affairs.
- Other categories as may be issued by the direction of His Highness the Ruler based on public interest considerations.
Scholarship Percentages:
The percentage of the scholarship is determined based on the monthly income of the parent or legal guardian:
- Full Scholarship (100%): Granted if the monthly income is less than 50,000 AED.
- Partial Scholarship (50%): Granted if the monthly income is 50,000 AED or more.
Required Documentation:
To apply for a scholarship, the following documents must be attached according to the specific categories defined below:

Children of Female Citizens of Sharjah
- Final university admission letter or acceptance letter.
- A recent personal photo with a plain background.
- Student’s passport
- Guardian’s passport.
- Family Book (family data).
- Emirates IDs (both sides) for the student
- Emirates IDs (both sides) for the guardian.
- High School Certificate (Grade 12).
- National Service No-Objection Certificate (NOC) or exemption letter for the student (if applicable).
- Proof of monthly income for the student or guardian, or breadwinner, such as salary, pension, or self-employment income (including commercial licenses with a statement and a "non-working" certificate from the court if applicable), Documentation of financial aid from relevant authorities (e.g., Ministry of Community Empowerment, Department of Social Services) or any other sources of income.
- Any additional documents requested by the Council/relevant committee as needed.
- Final university admission letter or acceptance letter.

- Medical certificate specifying the type of disability.
