A one-stop platform for all SMA students to submit feedback on SMA services to track and follow-up on their inquiries, suggestions, and complaints, and reach out SMA management.

How to use the service:

• Students can access the Student Voice Hub via the SMA website at www.sma.ac.ae/E-Services and login with their SMA login credentials.

• Select the category ( for example, IT, Admission, Hostel, Facilities, Academic Affairs, Student Life, etc..)
• Complete the simple form and submit.
• The request will be assigned directly to the responsible department or team to handle the assigned request.
• In accordance with the agreed-upon SLA (Service Level Agreement), the student will get updates or responses within one working day.
