SMA offers an e-Procurement Portal to facilitate online registration for new vendors and to communicate with our suppliers, consultants, and vendors. We value our relationship with you and strive to make it better. It is recommended for new suppliers to sign up. It's simple to register. As soon as you register, the system will notify you via email whenever opportunities that are relevant are published.

For new suppliers:

Please make sure that you have the following documentation available before attempting to register:

  • Full company profile document
  • Valid company trade license (UAE companies only)
  • Valid certificate of chamber of commerce and industry (UAE companies only)
  • Free Zone Authority License (for companies registered in a Free Zone Authority in UAE)
  • Power of Attorney (POA) or equivalent document that states the authorized signatories for your company.
  • Bank Letter with complete account details
  • List of clients within the UAE
  • VAT certificate from The Federal Tax Authority
