SMA organizes an orientation week right before the beginning of each academic semester to welcome new students and their parents, and to offer them the opportunity to spend enough time exploring SMA facilities, services and activities. During their Orientation, they also have the chance to learn more about the academic programs, departments, and to engage with faculty members, staff members and fellow students. Freshers enjoy a nice tour around the Academy where they visit the state-of-the-art simulator, the workshops, the Student Hub, the dorms and all campus facilities.

The orientation day also prepares them psychologically and mentally for their new life experience as it brings them together with new colleagues.
