This course is designed for personnel operating from the Cargo Control Room (CCR) within marine and industrialterminals. It focuses on monitoring and controlling cargo transfer operations, tank levels, pump systems, alarms, safety interlocks, and emergency shutdownsystems. Emphasis is placed on situational awareness, communication protocols,emergency response coordination, and safe interface between ship and shoreoperations to ensure efficient and risk-controlled terminal performance.
