It focuses on monitoring and controlling cargo transfer operations, tank levels, pump systems, alarms, safety interlocks, and emergency shutdown systems. Emphasis is placed on situational awareness, communication protocols, emergency response coordination, and safe interface between ship and shore operations to ensure efficient and risk-controlled terminal performance.
