Entry Criteria:

·        Applicants should hold a Certificate of Competency (CoC) as Deck or Engineer Officer (OOW level or above), or have relevant shore-based experience in maritime operations, HSE, marine assurance, or port operations.

·        A minimum of 12 months’ seagoing service as a certificated officer, or equivalent practical experience in marine operations, safety management, or technical/HSSE roles within a maritime organisation.
